Peter Matson

With a vision and verve that transcends trends, genres, and musical mediums, Peter Matson is a unique and sought after NYC based musician, producer, DJ, and educator. He was born in Los Angeles, California where he spent the first 8 years of his life, eventually migrating to New York State with a few stops along the way. The great-grandson of Irving Berlin and son of a Hollywood film composer and rock ‘n roll aficionado turned scholar, Peter has roots in American music royalty and grew up no stranger to show business and the idea of eclecticism expressed through music and art.
